Memorandum December 27, 1994 from Representative Peter Zug to all members of the House of Representatives detailing that when they return to session he plans to introduce legislation further restricting prostitution.

Letter January 27, 1995 from John F. Cherry to Representative Peter J. Zug writing to thank representative for letting him review the House Bill. He writes how in Dauphin County there has prosecuted some prostitutes with known HIV. Stated that she was only charged with a misdemeanor and implied that it should have been a higher level crime.

Letter March 1, 1995 from Bradford H. Charles to Representative Peter Zug giving his support for Zug's proposed legislation. He also writes about an incident in his county where a prostitute who knew they had HIV had relations with a large number of men and also received what he considered to be an unacceptable charge.

Letter March 13, 1995 from Representative Peter Zug to Representative Kathy M. Manderino sharing copies of letters concerning his House Bill 247 hoping that she will vote to support his bill.

Letter March 22, 1995 from Representative Peter Zug to Mr. and Mrs. Milton Watts to thank them for their letter and inform them that the bill has been amended.

Letter March 22, 1995 from Mr. and Mrs. Milton Watts to Representative Peter Zug expressing her opposition to his proposed bill and stating her concerns. She wants to know what evidence there would be for someone to know they had HIV or AIDS, or if they did not contract it from the person they had relations with. She also states that both people would be committing a crime.

Press Release March 14, 1995 states that Representative Peter Zug's legislation was approved by the Judiciary Committee making prostitution with a known case of HIV subject to a third-degree felony.

Press Release March 21, 1995 states that Representative Peter Zug's legislation was passed by the House and states that this legislation is necessary because of several instances which have occurred.

Press Release April 26, 1995 states that Representative Peter Zug's legislation was passed by the Senate Judiciary Committee.
