Bachrach, Catherine, 1944-

Catherine Bachrach was integral setting up the Northwest Victims' Services in Germantown, Philadelphia, PA. Eventually seven other similar programs were created throughout Philadelphia, PA. Her programs helped victims of crimes navigate their way through the criminal justice system.
