Freind, Stephen F., 1944-

Stephen Francis Freind, a Representative from Delaware County. He served as a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1975-1992). He also was Assistant District Attorney, Special Investigations Division, Philadelphia County (1972-1974). Later he was special counsel, Republican Appropriations Committee, Pennsylvania State Senate (1974-1976).
