Prouser, Fred S., 1952-2015

Fred S. Prouser worked as a contract photographer for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1979 to 1991, as well as a photojournalist for UPI and Associated Press. He moved to California and worked as Senior Staff Photographer at Reuters News Pictures where he covered Hollywood galas and premieres, and sports and news.
