Schwartz, Edward A., 1943-2012

Edward Schwartz was a Philadelphia, PA City Council member (1984-1987). He also served as the head of Institute for the Study of Civic Values before becoming a council member. After serving on city council, he served as the Philadelphia, PA City Office of Housing and Community Development.
