PARKER, H. Sheldon, Jr., a Representative from Allegheny County. He served as a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1967-1978). He also served as secretary and treasurer, Pennsylvania Public Television Commission (1979-2003) and later as the general manager and CEO, Pennsylvania Public Television Network.
