Ford, Gerald R., 1913-2006

Gerald Rudolph Ford Jr., born Leslie Lynch King Jr., was the 38th president of the United States, serving from 1974 to 1977. He also served as Vice President under President Richard Nixon (1973-1974). Earlier he was elected as a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Michigan (1949-1973).
