Sharpe, Ronald M., 1940-2005

Ronald M. Sharpe enlisted in the State Police (1962-1987). He was appointed the first African American of any United States State Police Force to be State Police Commissioner (1987-1990). He became the Chief of Police for Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority (SEPTA) (1991).
