FORCIER, Teresa Elaine Brown, a Representative from Crawford County. She served as a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1991-2006. When she began in the House she was Teresa E. Brown and was married in March 1998 and changed her name to Teresa E. Forcier.
