BARBIN, Bryan E., a Representative from Cambria and Somerset Counties. He served as a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives (2009-2018). He currently serves as the Deputy Secretary for Taxation, Pennsylvania Department of Revenue (2019-present).
