Floyd, Homer C., 1937-

Homer C. Floyd was appointed Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (1970-2011). He was the Executive Director of the Kansas Commission on Civil Rights (1970). He graduated from the University of Kansas (1961) and played professional football for one year for the Edmonton Eskimos. Floyd oversaw the integration of school districts across the state of Pennsylvania, as well as rights for women's sports at all school levels.
