PETRARCA, Joseph A., a Representative from Armstrong, Indiana and Westmoreland Counties. He served as a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1995-2020). His father, also Joseph A. Petrarca, served as a member from 1973 to 1994.
