Stout, J. Barry, 1936-2016

J. Barry Stout was a State Senator from Beaver, Washington, Westmoreland, Fayette, Greene Counties. He served as a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania State Senate, 1977-2010. He also served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, 1971-76.
