Knepper, James W., Jr., 1932-2016

KNEPPER, James Wallace, Jr., a Representative from Allegheny County. He served as a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1971-1980). He was later Secretary, Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry (1984-1987).
