Scanlon, Eugene F., 1924-1994

SCANLON, Eugene Francis, a Representative from Allegheny County. He served as a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1968-1974). He was later elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania State Senate (1975-1994).
