McHALE, Paul F., Jr., a Representative from Lehigh County. He served as a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1983-1991). Later, he was elected, United States Congress (1993-1999). And appointed, United States Assistant Secretary of Defense, Homeland Security (2003-2009).
