Myer, Clarence, 1949-

Clarence Myer first served as parliamentarian for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1978, then 1983 to 2007, and finally from 2011 to date. serves as the Parliamentarian. He also served as Legal Counsel to the Democratic Caucus, 1979-82.
