He then details his military history including that he is a 16 year military member, and was made Technical Sergeant E-6 in May 2005.

Peter Zug to all House Members stating that he will be introducing legislation which will amend the National Guard's Tuition Assistance Program to allow part-time students to receive full tuition compensation for their higher education credits. Asking for co-sponsors.

Email, September 26, 2005 from Rick O'Leary to Rep. Peter Zug stating that the DMVA may have some qualms regarding the legislation but he will try to convince them to support the bill. Also asks for a fax of the draft.
